Not A Bug: City moon missing, baracks' moon there

In EN5 (east nagach?) my city's moon is missing even though one of my troop buildings has open slots for units to train, snapshot follows:

to clarify, the barracks' moon is not the bug in this case, the missing city moon is.

Barracks have never been considered in the city's moon icon on the right sidebar. Don't really know why, but that's how it's been.

Now with GVG, when many people have 15 or more military buildings, that would be a *really* nice feature.

If Inno doesn't want to do that with the city moon, than I would suggest to display a "moon with swords"-symbol in the "city symbols" bar, when a military building is idle and ready to build more unit(s).
