Change or Increase Number of Neighbors

Hi,

Is it possible to change some or all of our neighbors, to more active players? My neighborhood has at max 10 people which are effectively playing and from these only 5 are REALLY playing.

By the concept of the game we must grow, attack and have some spoil after winning, but it's not possible while 70% of the neighbors don't have even a Pottery.

After a week, inactives will disappear from your neighborhood bar, and once around 40 of them are gone, you will most likely hit a merge.

hoods will merge when they both have a similar average point value and there is enough available spaces to accommodate both hoods active members. Its worth noting Merges can be rather infrequent here due to the lower number of active players in comparison to some of the other markets like EN and DE
