For the top Gold prize, you get 1 selection kit for the Celtic Glass Works, a new level one or upgrade. I do not see anywhere else you get a Level 1 building, so having a single selection kit is mute.

I have found the real bug here
it shouldn't be in the gold league

because according to the announcement THAT would be a bug

if it is in the league then this sentence is wrong
and must be corrected to:

This exclusive building can be won by completing towns in the event and finishing the event in the gold league!
