Since I reached Level 3 Castle System the "campaign map time reduction (2%)" generated a excessiv time reduction (only on mobile device)!
The Timer is set approximately to 33 minutes (on mobile) for scouting the new Province / browser it takes more than 26 hours.

- Recreation steps

1) reach Level 3 (Castle System)
2) scout a new Province on the campaign map
3) timer should be set to 33 minutes
4) wait till time is up
5) visit a Province, which you already own
6) return to te campaign map
7) the new Province is now available
8) make a fight
9) afther a succesfull fight the Sector is still red (you can battle as often as you will)
10) trying to scout a new Province generates a internal error
