Not A Bug: Caste del Monte - wrong statistics

After using "Level up" that I got in inventory it shows 31% attack and defense, and 6 FPs. Shouldn't it be 33% and at least 7 FP.

you get 1% every second level
and 1 FP on the other second level

level 11: 31% / 6 FP
level 12: 31% / 7 FP
level 13: 32% / 7 FP
level 14: 32% / 8 FP
...
