Carillion seems worthless ??? Is this an oversight?

Does this make sense:
Carillon gives 236 happiness on 2x1 squares? ALSO it produces 260 Player points or 130 Player points per square.
Ornamental tree gives 105 happiness on a 1x 1 square also produces 220 Player points per square.
The tree costs 120 diamonds, the Carillion costs 150.
Why would a diamond player swap out the Carillion for the tree? The difference in happiness between 2 trees and 1 Carillion is only 26 not really important since most diamond players have plenty extra happiness. Why would a diamond player spend another 150 diamonds to replace the tree with the Carillion only to go backwards 180 player points EACH?
That is a loss of 1,800 player points for each 10 trees replaced with 5 carillons....
Same thing applies to the new fountain with benches...
Would it not make sense to give these new premium tools a slightly higher player point’s value so that there is some incentive to buy them?
AS OPOSED TO NERFING THE TREES THAT WERE ALREADY PAID FOR WITH HARD EARNED CASH PLEASE....

hmm it seems they want to lower the points of all InA players :D
one Gambrelroof-House = 203 points
one Victorian House = 225 points
But Victorian is 1.5 times bigger than a Gambrel -> it should be about 300 points. so for every Victorian House u loose about 75 points ;) :D

And that's true for most InA buildings (especially houses). Though, I can't understand reason behind this.
