If minigame reset 40 workers to 25 workers starting count got changed means the above nerfs will become as an balanced nerf.
How??

Whichever it might be, they are not going to do it. Because, they calculated very well for F2P to get one upgrade kit shorter for main building.

Instead of strategy, luck factor is increased with the given nerfs.
With 8 or 9 spawns on 2 boards to collect keys and opening the double chest going to be a nightmare.
My guess would be 12-14 spawns per board and only two boards till last 5 days.

Wow, looking at the patch that seems like a significant nerf in workers. I guess it's only logical. Getting two full main buildings for free is unheard of. The Care event on beta was too easy compared to previous events.
At least they didn't nerf the stats of the buildings anymore.

in my plan the first 8 days I'll play only 1 board, 2nd part and late event, 2 boards, and only the last day and last hours, 3 boards

Estimation: probably 2 main building and 3 orchards; if not, some dias are required

Is it same old way of telling lies after spending diamonds retrieving 3 main buildingy, informing others like didn't spend any diamonds and achieved 3 main buildings and reached gold league too without spending diamonds.

3 main buildings for free will not be impossible (if we don't count producing them after the event with the league building)
I got 2 in beta and played an extremely good event and even reached gold for free
so maybe still 2 (or rush the missing levels from league building with FSP - even bronze league has the hover express lv 1)

I got 3597 orchard fragments so still 3 orchards could be possible (depending on luck, I found a 500 worker incident)
(if they didn't make adjustments there)

gold league for free; yes if someone really plays good and has a enough luck (all players get less)

As we prepare for the live release, we are making a few final tweaks to ensure the best possible experience.

How is reducing worker a better experiece? This is the only change announcend in that post.
It might be more balanced, but it is not a better experience for players, so it cannot be the "best" possible expericence.

Shading the true is a classic PR/HR/marketing SOP, but you should be aware that you can slide into outright lie, if you do not check when you use certain phrases.
For example if you remove the last 6 words in that sentence there is no issue.

Well, look at it THIS way....

They could do multiple things to adjust the live balance they're seeking from the experience they studied from our beta playing. They don't have it now, it seems. If they don't like the balance of event difficulty, or rewards breadth or depth, they can move the knobs and dials a few ways.

1) They could leave the event exactly delivering the previous quantity of workers and from the same sources, and LOWER the reward structure so the buildings are not as powerful or we can get as many from the range of experiences (paying, non-paying) people had.

That's not an result I think they want. They want to show a good game turnout in live for their financial goals and "mother Earth" cause. So they do know from beta that keeping the buildings sized the way they are AND rewarding the way they are, has value.

2) They could (and did) change the amount of event currency they're offering, and keep the buildings the way they are. This re-balances these 2 from what they learned in beta.

So far, for beta players, it's AFTER our playing and rewarding - and this is preferable (for a number of reasons). If you have to ask why, think harder about why first, then you'll get an epiphany...

They didn't say for who that best experience was ^^

I guess it was a little too easy. Without spending diamonds I get 2 main buildings, 3 Orange Dreams, and Silver League - just barely though, won't happen now on live.
Now without spending diamonds no one will get single complete main building. That's what worries me a lot. One board per day got reduced and obtaining one last upgrade kit will be very difficult.

Gold league in live server are never a consideration, but main building to achieve is big trouble. Care event, you need to give much care on every single merge. One mistake per board lets you down like anything. That's the difficulty of this nerfed changes.

All players should play 3 boards. That would be the fun in the event. But now, playing two board itself a big task. Also, for trees planting in outside world, this nerf change is very worst.

If they make the board reset workers value adjusted means, then no issue with this nerf. Like,

0 - 25 - 50 - 100....

Or

0 - 30 - 60 - 120....

-- instead of current reset workers value 0-40-80-160....

Before, 2 main buildings was possible. The nerfs are significant but not *so* significant as to make 1 main building impossible.

All players should play 3 boards. That would be the fun in the event. But now, playing two board itself a big task. Also, for trees planting in outside world, this nerf change is very worst.
Including a 3 board strategy is likely viable (with very very few spawns per board - 3x6 spawns is slightly better by my numbers on average than 2x10). Probably a flexible number of spawns based on expectation value of next spawn is ideal.

Personally though, not needing to do 3 boards a day as a baseline is a plus in my eyes. So I'd thank you not to speak for "all" players ;)

My current planned strategy is to start at 1 cautious board a day, focus on the rivals, and then make a determination of my late-game expenses.

Yeah, I should have left few people in the consideration but let's wait and see in live server. My expectation is majority of the players might feel the same like what I mentioned.

Also, please explain the strategy one board per day on how to accomplish double chest 54 progress each day. What was the average workers spent per board. If you give me the details, like mine majority of the people will have clear picture.

It doesn't take that many keys to open the big double chest each day - a total of 18 (=3 T4 keys on average); maybe some extra to setup the double chest for tomorrow.

The idea early is to spawn just enough on each board to pick up any T4s (the easy points) and cash the keys. The first day will have two boards as there's the initial board and the free reset. And daily challenge will help as well.
