Not A Bug: Can't switch units from my pool to "currently selected army"

Just as written above I had the problem to switch my units from the pool to the top when I wanted to attack.

I logged out, logged in again and the problem was gone.

I'm playing in Dunarsund on zz1 with Firefox 25.0.

I've experience the same problem as you. Refreshing also fixed it for me :)
