Fixed on Beta: Can't sit at Tavern

Troubleshooting
Refreshing the game fixed that sitting situation. However, 3 new people suddenly became available to sit at the tavern. Their is a situation that is causing the tavern status to not stay updated.

Recreation steps
I keep clicking the tavern button. Visit button stays lit. Nothing happens. When I refreshed the game, it said tavern full. It seems to be an issue with updating the tavern status. Perhaps related to being the 1st block of people shown on the friends bar? Could it be someone else sat down seconds before?
Frequency
Random. Most sit options appear to work.
Can this be reproduced?

Is reported also that the same bug affect the button in the opposite way too? I mean, the button says you cannot sit, refresh the windows and the button update itself and say "Visit Tavern".
