Cannot Reproduce: cant log in

I cant log into the game it gets to 60% and just stops and wont go any futher.
I have refreshed, log out log back in and nothing seems to work

Have you also tried clearing your cache (cookies), closing the browser completely, and actually restarting the computer? Sounds extreme, I know, but it is sometimes the trick.

At this moment I can't log in with Chrome. Hangs in start screen without getting to the percentages, in FireFox i can login without problems
