Can't execute trade and traded goods don't show in inventory

I keep getting an error message when trying to execute a trade - "sorry, an internal error has occurred try again later", then the page reloads. This has been happening for three days now. Additionally, people have completed trades I've initiated, but the goods they offered have not shown up in my inventory. The messages regarding the trades do show in the log.

There are threads referring to this in the bugtracker sub forum. I suggest you go look there. there should be help there
