Can't click on quest avatars

When the avatars representing quest givers leave the screen, either because you're visiting someone else or because you go to battle, when they reappear they are no longer clickable. Refreshing/cache clearing only fixes it until the next time they disappear.

While I'm at it, there also isn't yet a picture for Madame Fortuna or the new avatars for me.
