Cannot make proper foe screenshots on a Lenovo laptop -- anyone can help?

I tried searching reddit and stuff but nothing helped so far. I have a new Lenovo laptop and I play foe on Chrome (and Brave, but results are the same on Edge too). When I want to take a screenshot of building stats, so hovering over a building, pressing print screen (or opening ANY screengrab application/browser plugin), when making the screenshot, the stats popup immediately disappears. I had no problem in my previous Asus laptop so I am guessing the problem isn't the browser or windows itself but something with a lenovo setup but I have searched trhough every setting and cannot find the root cause of the problem. It's very annoying also when reporting bugs, cuz I cannot take a screenshot of ANY in-game mouse-hover-popup window. Has anyone had this issue with Lenovo laptops or in general and have you found the solution? Thanks a lot.

OMG, I could cry right now. It WORKS. Thank you ) I never thought of this, on my previous laptop it was enough to just press it like with any other key.

for me, windows key + shift + S should allow you to 'snip' part of your screen instead of making fullscreen copies i'm using windows 11 though.
