Not A Bug: Buildings starred items are not received

These items when I used on my buildings, nothing happened or collected from it. I just placed one building in my city and timer is going on and used this item. But nothing received. These items didn't give me the starred items mentioned in my buildings. Wasted many items of these and ended with nothing.

Item is free to use from my inventory and only these items are presented with but when used nothing gets collected.

Something wrong happened or I broke something not sure in the newer version. I saw this issue today only, I am not very sure previously it happened like this, but I can bet that sometimes it gave me starred items of the same building which I tried today.

I didn't do that separately, I was using these items for that only.

Ah..then just to finish the timer only these items are useful. Icon misleaded me very much. If I knew that if it only ends the timer of a building, I might have not planned to get these items from my city. They kept on these items just for the sake. Total waste of effort for me.

Actually I will agree with you on the mislead part. Given icons should not be presented with symbol in it.

In these special production items and special goods resources, star represents the word "special". Maybe I understood like that only. Rest of the places in the game, was represented as aid or motivate.
