Reproduction Steps:
After placing the building, any buildings taller or shorter "in the way" are now transparent. I was able to restore the building to it's fully visible state by placing another building from the Build menu or from Inventory and moving over the transparent building, selecting the Move or Sell cursor and hovering over the transparent building, or by logging out and back in.

I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes; it has not but it seems to be an overzealous cousin of this fix from the Daily Changelogs.
- Open the Build menu
- Select a building
- Place it in the city
