Not A Bug: Build of military building is not recegnized

The side quest "Mobilize Fresh Troops" does not work. I built a Crossbow Range, but the quest does not recognize it.

you placed it in the city AFTER you got the quest ?

I'm not quite sure. It might be. So it doesn't count?

building a building only counts for quests if you placed the building after you got the quest
not if it was already there

Hi Toby2014 Betatest03 is correct. For this type of quest you must place the building in your city (start construction) after accepting the quest. If indeed you placed the building before accepting the quest, the quest would not recognise that building. This is intended behaviour and therefore not a bug
