Rejected Block GM at pfs bets even if lvl unlocked

Good evening,

What would be cool, like small Improvement,

For those who play for a long time and have made the mistake of unlocking the level too high. The idea would be to go into the big monument part and which is proposed to us to be able to block the gm (s) one wishes against the future bets of external player.

This possibility would be next to "cancel" and "unlock level xxx"

This would only be possible if the current Level has 0 pfs. To not block and interfere with the pfs of the players who bet.

You used 9 BPs to unlock a level of a Great Building (GB) (Great Monument). After that you want to undo that action by "blocking" the current level, and the action is possible only if nobody have donated FPs to this current level GB.
  • Are the 9 BPs lost / not returned when the "blocking" action is done?
  • Any other cost to "block" the current level?
+1 to the idea by the way.
