BALANCING UPDATE (major changes)

Hi!

We've just released a major balancing update, which leads to massive changes in regards of population and culture.

[BALANCING] Technologies and military units are way cheaper now
[BALANCING] Population is growing slower now. For that the gain of population in residences has been decreased. In parallel we've reduced the gain of happiness for placing decorations and cultural buildings. Those changes have been neceessary to make sure that cultural buildings and decorations from early ages will have an effect in later ages too.
[BUGFIX] Goods Buildings should produce the correct amount of goods in relation to the mood of citizens. Due to this goods will no longer disappear after reload :)

[KNOWN ISSUE] Producing 1 good and collecting with angry citizens will lead to an outcome of 0
[KNOWN ISSUE] The Balancing might lead to a negative population in some cases. We're very sorry for this inconvenience but it was necessary to make sure that the game stays in balance in later ages.
