BA Goods in Guild

I just noticed that my guild on Beta (DRA) has a small handful of BA goods in the guild treasury. At least in the current game, this is impossible, AFAIK...and yet they're there. So, my question is: how did they get there? Was there a bug in the game at some point that allowed people to donate BA goods? Or is there some super-secret trick that allows you to donate (completely useless) BA goods to the guild?

when they introduced the treasury it was possible to donate BA goods

I think at that point they didn't know that those won't be used
