Same problem for me.

The code of the Space Hub version of the Vineyard only mentions the 3 Titan GB's as blueprint rewards. See code line 882,575 to 882,635 of the cities_entities file. Probably a copy/paste of the code of the Jupiter Moon version.

sure mine was related, commenting on how the bug (and its reason, as found by @Charles el Britannia) reveals the very suboptimal development process ... again. and no, my anti-troll comment was not, any hit goes retour . Off.

The error was reported and a fix was announced. Your derogatory comment has nothing to do with the topic. It's beta, it's normal for bugs to appear in new features.
