Overview of the bug: Attack button is disabled, clicking on it does nothing

How often this occurs: 90% OF THE TIME TODAY

Summary: Had to reset serveral times before I can make it work
I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes
Have you tried fixing it by using these methods?: Yes.

Ohhh all right - now I've closed my "add-on bar" and I can see the top edge of the attack button - but it's way too low on the screen. Please make the army-management window a little smaller and/or a little higher - thank you!

Yea, on small resolutions, it's smarter to play in full screen, but even then, some squares at the bottom and top are not easy to reach (while you're attacking)
