*Reproduction Steps*:
# Enter another city of a player with whom you can attack
# Whilst in that players city click the attack button below their player portrait
# Select an Army and enter into a battle
# Retreat/Surrender from that battle
# Press the "Attack" button in the left orange popup
*Actual Behavior:*
# Pressing the "Attack" button from the orange popup causes internal error and game reloads
*Expected Behavior:*
# Attack button should not be able to be pressed once battle surrendered/retreated
Game Version: Browser, Live version 1.158
Browser: Firefox/67.0 with Windows 7 ( apparently it does the same thing with Chrome too.)
This bug exists on Live servers as well
