Duplicate: Army management

There is a bug in beta world army management when attackign a sector of continent map ( not guild war continentn map )

In game world
when i attack a sector in our continent map
the defend army will pop up in right side

In beta world
when i attack a sector in our continent map
the defend army of that sector do not pop up in right side even waiting for more than 10 minutes

I think
game developer has update game world but
they forget to update beta world

any 1 meet this problem ??
