Cannot Reproduce: Arctic ship: Ship health not increasing when hiring an Engineer (visual bug?)

Not sure whether this is a "real" bug or just visual:

1.) I collected the promethium
2.) opened Arctic harbour; ship health was at 65%
3.) hired an Engineer (+13%) - ship health stays at 65% (but the circle shows a green bar)
4.) hired a second Engineer (+14%) - ship health still 65% (but the green bar in the circle grows somewhat bigger)

Seems to be fixed with yesterday's update.

Since this issue can no longer be reproduced we've changed the prefix to Cannot Reproduce. If you experience it again please let us know!
