Will Not Fix: App - buy FP dialog closes when opening quickly after spending FP

to prevent this behavior, wait a bit after spending FP before opening the buy FP dialog, if it happens reopen the dialog
when buying 600 FP for a tech with coins, this quite often breaks the rythm...

Recreation steps
- open research
- open unsearched tech
(- open FP buy dialog - buy 10 FP)
- spend all FP from bar into tech
- immediately afterwards click the + icon to open the FP buy dialog
--> FP buy dialog opens and closes shortly afterwards
