All are units choices only!! It's new to me for this kind of AD choices. These many years never seen like this in the AD. Maybe it's random, but when it happens only get to know this also a possibility.

time to scrap this thread? they are not gonna impliment this it seems, in game data, if not all negative feedback from forums,
should be more than enough, to clearly show this "fix" is deeply unpopular and do not even work; how can u have a "auction house" (Antique Dealer) if there are virtually never any bids and stuff goes unsold all the time? the store is only used by most to "milk"/gain castle points, another failure.

Constructive feedback to IG: revert back, go back and rethink this take the feedback & in game data from beta into account ,and remove all items that are almost never sold or bid upon, lower the prices for those that do get bid upon ,if they get to low, u can always adjust them up abit before going global.

The original idea of the AD was a good one: Get rid of stuff that is useless to you and instead get a few things that are useful. Especially for players not so long in the game yet and people who just don't have enough time to finish the events properly it was a great way to get missing kits or interesting buildings.

And yes, the AD had not aged very well. There were too many buildings so outdated that they had even been old when I started playing in 2017. (When the AD did not even exist yet!) And too few new ones were added over the years. So it DID need an upgrade.

But what you did here with the AD is not an upgrade. You simply ruined it.

- Players not so long in the game cannot use the AD any longer, because they do not have the necessary amount of coins and jewels. Especially jewels are hard to come by. And what you get for them now is, sorry, ridiculous. While on the other hand the amount of coins needed for auctions also is ridiculous. It will take you ages and lots of stuff to sell to ever get there. The ratio between what you have to sell and what you can get for that is completely off kilter. Even for long-time players.

- What is offered in the shop is often quite unbalanced. Just have a look at post #245. Only military units. Who needs those? Fighters after a short while have enough GBs and event buildings giving them strength and troops enough so they do not have to buy them for ridiculously high prices. And for new players, who might need them, they are simply unaffordable. But nothing else, in this case, is on offer.

- But even when other things are on offer, the prices are so high that most players will simply pass. I am a merchant. Goods for jewels - why would I???

Please do not introduce this on Live. It will simply kill the AD. Instead keep up the (on Live) current system, but with a few tweeks:

- You can easily find out what sells well and what does not. I mean, who needs something like blue vine? So get rid of these things and replace them with newer ones that are still interesting.

- With well-liked items like wishing wells or sleigh builders you could slightly (!) increase the prices.

- You could still add recent event items at high prices to the auctions. Players who already have been playing a long time and have enough coins might be interested. But keep offering older event buildings for smaller prices as well, so newer players or those with not so much time can still benefit.

THAT, in my opinion, would be an upgrade.

This has been out 3 months, hasn't been cancelled or released to live?

My only two comments are: 1) just keep the starting bid at 1, people will bid as they please and they're limited to the small amount of coins/gems they get from trading stuff in. What's the problem if after 5+ years of selling things to the dealer that they may get an extra event building? 2) Have the shop have 2 slots consumable items (mass/single coin/supply/special), 1 slot FP, 1 slot troop, 1 slot BP or coins or supplies, and one dedicated slot to an event building selection kit. It'd also just be nice to have more options, or a bigger shop altogether. again, people are limited to the small amount of coins/gems they get from trading stuff in.

What balancing ? This feature is completely useless as it is now on beta.

Completely useless items on the shelf, outrageously expensive items for bidding.

The image I attached to this post pretty much sums up my feedback.

Lower the prices by 50-75% for the starting bids and add good items on the shelf.

The gold and silver upgrades of event buildings are ridiculously overpriced when you can get them for free by collecting the fragments. I regularly see golden upgrades for the Urban Metro Plaza or the Thundering Laboratory for 1.6 Million coins but nobody ever buys them. If you have the silver upgrade already you can wait it out and not spend a fortune of hard earned coins on a golden upgrade. Actually, the basic upgrades are worth more than the silver/golden upgrade. That's why I see cautious bidding on basic upgrades of the Summerhold Manor for 400K.

This is just pure rubbish that I hardly check it. The only time I would is when I get a quest that calls for sell some in the AD, and by that time I would have such ready. So until Inno returns the AD to its former glory, I won't be using it very much.

Please remove the AD or make it reasonable to use again. This is extremely poor game development and shows a lack of direction on how to advance the game to make it more enjoyable and not frustrating. Just cut to the chase and require diamonds and focus on developing better event ideas....

As said over and over by almost everybody, I agree the AD is quite broken as it is.
On the other hand, I "sacrificed" 1 million coins (the result of some weeks of sales...) to buy a chocolatery golden upgrade kit, for which I am VERY happy.

They should lower all the starting bid coins to ~ 100k coins.
Gold and Platinum upgrades should be present only in the bidding section.

And we should have on the shelf what we have right now(maybe some of the old items or fragments grouped in a certain, let's say, "legacy kits" + all the epic kits from last year. Each year, starting with 1st of July, the Antique Dealer should receive an update that will add last year's epic kits that were available before 1st of July 2023, and so on.

Yes on the upgrades only being in the bidding section, just turn the purchase section into a shop where theres a permanent slot for units/consumables and rotating selection kits. Then people wouldn't be peeved its all units for the 600th day in a row.

Still wondering when inno is gonna fix what they broke. It is a blatantly obvious fail. It has not been released on live so that is very telling. There must be someone within the company who is considered the best and brightest. Talk to that guy. When all of your product testers are telling you there is a problem, how about taking a minute to listen?

That guy is in charge of monetization ;) There'll be new additional diamond fees to make the antique dealer usable ;)
