Fixed on Beta: [Android] Achievements are displayed on the Continent Map [41901]

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open android application.
2. Visit City of any person you want.
3. See that achievements are displayed under the City's name.



4. Return to your City.
5. Open the Continent Map.
6. See that person's achievements under the "Continent Map" text.



7. Open any province you like.
8. See those achievemts under the province name on the left.



Issue Description (10/10): I don't use the mobile application often, so I'm not sure when this bug has appeared.
