The image sure makes you think of Yathsee But more likely it just shows the golden and white dices, which both should be able to show 1-6.

Normal dice will roll a random number from 1 to 6, golden dice says that you can chose the outcome. And we will recieve that monopoly money from quests to buy the dice

ah - so maybe the daily goal has to be hit exactly? why else should you choose another roll than a 6...

Also there is some boardgame "Innopolis" mentioned in the merchandise you can choose from for the best memories in FoE (Forge Moments).
Is that maybe related?
