What are the things I should be looking for in a guild, what makes a guild good to join? I want to maximize my game play and think I might have to change guilds to do it, hence my question. What do good guilds do differently to bad ones

regular aiding, help with trades, help with getting out gbs out of stix, fp exchange clubs.
and ofcourse if you're interested in gvg...being in a active gvg guild helps a lot, if you're a noob.
and if the guild is a high level one there are lot of benefits like....fps from townhall, reduction in recruitment time(military units), building rebate- reduced construction costs.
