Adding new player as friend not showing the player available status active or not. How to identify the player status before adding them as a friend?

In my friend list all the friends daily playing or not mentioned with online status symbol. Some are in active which is in green color and some are in red color so inactive.

I am trying to add new friends who are having green color status symbol. I tried to find that symbol while adding a new friend but do not know how to do it. I tried this in my android mobile on both beta and live app account. Both the places I am in same situation. One thing I understand very clearly is I am doing something wrong to achieve what I wanted.

You want to use your Friends as a resource for game information but you won't take the advice from experienced players here on the Forum. I'll give you one more suggestion then wish you good luck. Find the #1 and #2 guilds on your world. Send friend requests to every one of their members until you fill up your friend's list. Before you object to not knowing if these players are active I will say that top guilds don't tolerate inactive players. While they might have one, or two, inactives that are grandfathered in, their members are very active.

I understood your advice to join the guild. My situation that I cannot fulfill the guild needs each week. If you see my actual question which is related to friends, somehow joining guild is the most elegant solution by meeting guild needs or demands. I am pretty sure, I cannot meet the guild expectation. This is why adamantly not taking the guild option from my side.

If game enables the player status everywhere means my problem will be solved. Where to connect for making a request for proposal (RFPs) in the game other than forum idea threads. I do not want to get the voting concept since my request not get more vote means it wont be forwarded. Do we have any AI chatbot or customer care contact mechanism to raise my concern?

The reason that people in your neighborhood disappear is that the game changes your neighbourhood every 2 weeks. It has always been like that. It will NOT change.
You have questions you want answered about the game. The best place to get them answered is in a guild

Active guilds are to bothersome for you. They make demands of you and you do not want that.
No demand guilds are not active enough for you. The do not jump to answer your demands.

You want people to be there on demand to help you and answer any questions you have. But you do not see why you should do anything in return. And if you do not like the advice experienced players give you. They, and the game are somehow at fault.

I clearly know it is not my business but to do my business I need to enter into their business. Game is bounded like that.

Myself having 4 kids where my mother staying with me who is having alzheimer disease and myself working 12 hours a day in which monthly earning is not enough for all the expenses of entire family. I cannot take any extra commitments and I should not play this game. Unfortunately stress level of mine is little more and I should do something to calm myself. My real world friend suggested this game few years back because this is the only game which does not disturb with ads and not disturbing with pay option or subscription very often. If my friend was alive I could have asked him everything. It was my mistake to treat the forum people as my friends.

Sometime learning without anyone is good for everything. Thanks to everyone for answering my question.
