Fixed on Beta: [35142] Incorrect Message on Upcoming GE Window

Reproduction step: Join a new guild during a GE and access GE window on a Tuesday morning before 8 a.m. game time

Issue: Incorrect message displayed. The message "You can't join this expedition..." should not be displayed after Sunday evening, when the GE, during which I changed guilds, had finished.
