When Greva tell you to Gather 900.000 supplies and you abort the quest frame disapears and when you relog it's back and you get a prize for making your citizens more happy, i tested some few times and it happens over and over and over, and i tested 4-5 times.
The prizes you get from the Recurring Quest is also wrong e.g. goods from Tomorrow era and small numbers of coins or resources compared to what was common in the future era.
