Reproduction Steps:
1. I have finished fourth mission of Event Quest Isadora Duncan but
2. Although I had done all the research of new technologies;
3. I spent 600 Diamonds in anyway (and they were discounted my account) for unlock "Multistory Houses" (Early Middle Ages);
4. the fourth mission of the event is still blocked.
