Will Not Fix: [32006] citizens are enthusiastic bug

on 23th mission asking make your citizens enthusiastic and spent 2 forge point. if you build buildings and find exectly 0 point for enthusiastic. your citizens are enthusiastic but mission not taking it.

My people was enthusiastic, and I've spent 2 fp, but the quest was first solved when I collected money.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open the Easter Event task window (the very first task)
2. Task 1 impossible to complete b/c people are already enthusiastic
3. Spend 2 fps
4. The task remains at 2/3 although people are presently enthusiastic
5. Build culture buildings/decorations: nothing changes
6. Move big culture buildings off road, make people Happy then reconnect them, make them Enthusiastic: Task accepts this as accomplishment

I'm having the same issue. Can't finish the first quest, stuck at 2/3, people are already enthusiastic, spent 10 FP. I planted a dozen urban trees, already at 13'814 extra happiness.

Edit: Mission completed after deleting several urban trees.

I have the same issue. I spent 2 FPs, my people are already enthusiastic and can not complete the first quest.
EDIT: I build a decoration and sell it, then i can complete the quest.
