4 images for brush, 4 foe dynamite, 4 for spade... I think it's visual

Three portraits indicate a league during this Event. Unless one of them is the Quest giver.
I do hope it is the latter as I see no point in having Leagues when there is no actual competition involved in an Events mechanics like the Football and cooking contests.
