Not A Bug: League confusion

After round #1 the message (when clicking the statue) the message said that our guild did not change the league.

Now, the tooltip of the statue says "Gold league"

but on the map it looks more like Platinum league:

...and the provinces indeed require 130 battles to conquer

AS mention by Devs in a previous thread. 1 (YES ONE) guild got automatically promoted to Platinum due to their point methods. However 1 guild can not participate in a map by it's self. So INNO also promoted a few others to join them (I am guessing it was the next 4 or 5 guilds in score.)

If KYP is on your map then that's the Platinum league...Congratz.

To compensate for this "added challenge", the guilds from the gold league (in this particular scenario) can climb the leagues even quicker if they win, and at the same time, it's less likely for them to drop in league if they lose. Basically they get what we call the "underdog bonus".

Yes, we have KYP on our map.

And... The guilds marked with arrows in the screenshot are on the same map, but listed in different leagues. We are in Platinum league, but the statue tooltip in the city says "gold league" - NOT A BUG?? Really???

Your guild is not really in Platinum League currently, so yes that's correct. You are playing there, solely because your guild (and a few others) has been pulled up from Gold League to play in the Platinum League battleground. The ranking and city data would update if your guild reaches the Platinum League normally (without being exclusively added to it during the matchmaking process, because of lack of Platinum guilds).

Hmmm.... then it would make sense to mark it somehow in the tooltip (GBG entrance statue, GBG map and Guild ranking list) to avoid confusion.

Idea: In soccer there are often "Play-offs" when a team is somehow "between two leagues". Maybe mark guilds, who are "still in the league below", but moved upwards for filling up the higher league, as "in play-off" in the tooltips?
