Current design? No.
New design allowing to:

• select an x number of players (friends, guild mates, and/or neighbors) and then,
• press an "Aid" or "Aid All" button.

Possible to be programmed, but judging by previous years responses to things like that, not likely.

Actions like motivate all friends in one click facilitates things to be pre-programed for execution by a "bot" which is not in Inno's vision for the game.
