Fixed on Beta: Incorrect capitalization - "Goods buildings" quest in BA [46019]

Reproduction Steps:
1. Have the "Goods buildings" quest in BA

Issue Description:
Quests titles have all of its substanctives capitalized. This one doesn't. The expect title would be "Goods Buildings".
