Feedback New Artic Heavy Unit

Hi guys and girls, i have a question:
I have been checking the new specs on the Battle Fortress and it says "reactive armor 3", so i guess maximum damage is 3 per round BUT i ask:
If a cannon fires at them, it is still 3?
I remember back then on conte era the assault tanque had and reactive armor 4, and the cannon firing at it,can take way more then 4 units of "live".
Anyone knows?

if the canon is a railgun then it gets more than 3 damage because that unit ignores the reactive armor

all other units can only make 3 damage so needs 4 shots to kill it

hi beta, yes i mean rail gun xD.
Is this unit any good?
