Hello!
Since last week, I realize the sistem is motivating much more than polishing.
I don´t need polish, so this is not a problem for me but this event attract my attention.
Last week I had every Cultural Building polished, but now none of them are.
I must clarify I´m not in a guild and I have only thirty friends to aid to me.
This is not a situation that cause harm to me but is very strange.
Has anyone else noticed this?

The 6 Shrines listed at the top all have Aiding priority, so they would be motivated before any polishing of common buildings takes place.

You get a 50%-50% chance for either a Motivate or a Polish. It's quite normal that at time one will be more common than the other.
