Fixed on Beta: Inno TV December Announcement has image instead of video

Reproduction Steps
1.) Click into this thread: https://forum.beta.forgeofempires.com/index.php?posts/27627/
2.) Try to open the video by clicking on the picture
Observed: It is a picture
Expected: It should be a video - or a link to the video should be there

Issue Description (10/10): No link to the video in the announcement (link see above)

Technical data: "Bug" concerns the forum

I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: yes

The video worked for me, are you still getting just a picture?

Now I get a video. At the time when I posted the initial message, I got just a video.

Seems to be fixed now.
