Are accounts linked?

I know different worlds on the same server are linked as far as the diamonds are concerned, but are the diamonds linked across different countries servers?

So, I got :
  • 1st account at EN Server, 1st diamonds amount, shared only between my 14 cities at EN Server.​
  • 2nd account at BETA Server, 2nd diamonds amount only valid at BETA Server.
If I choose to start a city at US Server, that will require a 3rd player account, and will open a 3rd diamond amount which wont be available at the above listed cities, just at the US Server city.

Of course, think how much easier it would be if our accounts were linked?
Not just diamonds but inventories and FP's and Supplies and...​
