Yes, lol. I finally got tired of waiting for it to be fixed and went through the Oracle quests. After I did the final quest to plant the Oracle in my city, I did go right back to my regularly scheduled Venus story quests. Annoying, but a reasonable workaround for now.

Umm. No. A potion that gives you +50% defense boost increases your defense by 50% of your BASE defense. If you have 500% of defensive attack and defense, the blue potion for +50% increases you to 550% of your base level, not 750%.
