How is it not a bug because you said it should reset? It doesn't!!!!! I posted a video. What more proof is needed?

Beta has less drama. Too much clicking for my style of play so only can do one world. I also wouldn't worry about 3k battles coins. If I want battle coins I'll get them. Q (us server) was my main world until Oct of 2022. Starting not to like beta if we test things that get changed after we test...

Will there be a permanent inconsistency between beta and live in regards to the QI boost on the garden?

Because the history event is tied to QI boost. It's linked to a degree. Take it or leave it!

QI is a great addition to the game. It will take time for it to feel like home to us. We have to work with Inno and give the best feedback we can to make it better. Let's not just spit out the negative without helpful insight. We are FOE! Don't let that get lost in your head. We are the game...

GBG has nothing to do with what I posted. I don't expect GBG and QI to have the same reward structure. GBG has a constant reward structure and is boosted by our main city. QI on the other hand takes a different approach and the end-of-season reward doesn't seem substantial enough.
